It’s not a big deal for celebrities of both Hollywood and Bollywood to have a long going romantic affair and marry after many gossips start to circulate around. But the rumors get even more accelerated when a celebrity goes pregnant before wedding.

There are many famous stars who either had a secret marriage, or arranged wedding in a hurried manner after realizing they have a baby bump.

1. Gwyneth Paltrow

The Hollywood actress got pregnant with Cold play lead singer Chris Martin’s first child before marriage. Baby Apple was born five months after the couple tied the knot in a hurried wedding in December 2003. They announced they were going to tie the knot two days prior to the ceremony.

2. Sridevi

She is probably the only Bollywood actress to have acknowledged she was pregnant before marriage. As per reports, the actress was around seven months pregnant when she tied the knot with Boney Kapoor. The couple married in 1996 and their elder daughter Jhanvi was born a few months later.

3. Jessica Alba

Hollywood movie producer Cash Warren and the sexy Jessica Alba tied the knot in May 2009 in a simple affair. The couple soon welcomed their first baby a month later in June.

4. Konkona Sen Sharma

Konkona was dating her co-actor Ranveer Shorey before tying the knot in a private ceremony at the former’s residence in 2010. The couple soon announced that they were expecting their first baby and welcomed a baby boy in early 2011. The couple has now separated according to reports.

5. Jennifer Garner

Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck tied the knot in a private ceremony in June 2005, so secretly that even their parents did not attend it. Six months later, in December, the couple gave birth to their first child Violet. The two now have three kids together!

6. Anoushka Shankar

Anoushka Shankar, who in a TOI report said that it wasn’t necessary to be married to have children, conceived while she was dating British filmmaker Joe Wright. The sitarist got pregnant in August 2010 and tied the knot a month later.

7. Sarika

Sarika got married to Kamal Hassan who was already a married man. After his divorce, Hassan and Sarika went on to live together when the latter became pregnant with their first child Shruti Hassan.

The couple tied the knot much later and gave birth to their second child, Akshara. The marriage however did not work out with Sarika filing for divorce as Kamal cheated on her.

Socialite Nicole Richie announced her pregnancy on a TV show in August 2007. In January 2008, Nicole and her longtime boyfriend rocker Joel Madden welcomed their first baby Harlow. It took the couple two years to walk down the aisle in December 2010.

Remember Amrita Arora’s sudden announcement that she is getting married? The Bollywood actress was in a relationship with businessman Shakeel Ladak and when she got pregnant with their child. The couple decided to tie the knot immediately.

10. Celina Jaitley

Celina Jaitley secretly married her Austrian beau Peter Haag denying pregnancy reports. The actress who married the Dubai hotelier in July, 2011 delivered twin babies in March the following year.
