Kim Kardashian chose style over comfort as she jetted out of LAX on Monday. The pregnant reality star, 34, was pictured arriving at the airport dressed up in high-heels, a clingy low-cut dress and leather jacket.

An insider told Radar: ‘She wants her to be a perfect physical specimen, and she thinks it’s perfectly normal to want to get North in shape at such an early age.

If there’s one thing to be said about Kim Kardashian, it’s that she’s not shy.

And the reality star, who is currently pregnant with her second child, didn’t hold back when it came to her fashion choice as she stepped out for dinner in Paris on Monday night.

The 34-year-old displayed plenty of her famous and very ample cleavage as she arrived for dinner at the Ferdi restaurant in the French capital, looking every inch her usual flashy self.

 

The typically form-fitting garment hugged her shapely curves, but she kept her growing baby bump well-hidden under a mid-length black satin jacket.

If Kim, who arrived alone in Paris earlier in the day, felt at all jet-lagged from her long-haul trip from the US, she didn’t show it as she looked as impeccably made-up and glowy as ever.

Her long black locks were slicked back into a chic centre-parted style, the lengths falling down behind her back ever so neatly.

As she stepped out for her meal she almost managed to flash her underpants, too, as the skirt of her fitted dress appeared to be sheer.

She admitted that she was pleased to read rumours she wasn’t actually expecting, because she looked too slim.

‘I secretly loved the rumors I was faking my pregnancy bc I was so skinny! LOL Well can’t hide it now!’ she joked, adding: ‘5 month (20 weeks) and 20 lbs up.’

Kim announced in May that she and husband of one year Kanye West are expecting their second child, and confirmed on Father’s Day that they will be welcoming a baby boy.

The happy couple are already parents to two-year-old daughter North.

This time around, Kim is making an effort to stay fit and healthy during her pregnancy, and has enlisted the help of a nutritionist.

‘The last pregnancy, I ate a donut every single day, I’m not doing that this time,’ she told Us Weekly.

Kim has also been working out on a regular basis, and earlier this week told fans that she had been for a ‘morning jog’, after walking three miles and doing 100 squats the previous day.
